Postfix - how do hosted domains download their mail from my postfix

I have a postfix server running on SuSe 10 and i want to host domain mail for my users. I have a User with a Linux box who wants me to spool his mail for him and then he will download all the mail for his domain from me.
What is the easiest method. Some options i've found:
Uucp/multi drop mailbox. The multidrop mailbox seems to be a good idea but i've found no decent howto's on how to do this. (tried postfix.org)

Postfix is just the MTA, setup POP or IMAP for your users to download or view their email.
