postfix and VHCS

I am trying to install Postfix so that it works perfectly with the open-source VHCS control panel (vhcs.net). I am following the Postfix tutorial from the HowTo Forge. I posted the links below. I have finished the first part of the tutorial and now am onto the second part. The tutorial talks about different ways to store the information...I guess. It says that OpenLDAP, MySQL, Devecot or Courier/IMAP can be used. The HowTo Forge tutorial shows how to use a text file to store data.

I am a little confused on what to do. can somebody point me in the right direction so that I can finish learning how to setup postfix to work with VHCS?
