Posting questions on LQ is to the benefit of all, not just one member. And IMHO it's fast enough, else you'll just have to ask your questions earlier :-]

I agree. If i need somthing i search the forums...

One on one is not a good idea. If you need that much help. (i was a noob too) then buy a good book and start reading, thats what i did.

plus, I can see too many terrible spam possibilities just waiting to happen...
