Portable VNC

I've done both a quick search here in LQ and google for this so if I missed it sorry.

Does anybody know of any 'portable vnc' viewers out there? I'm looking for something that can go on something like a flash drive or ext HDD that I can move from computer to computer and not need to install anything onto that computer's registry file.

I've looked at tightvnc, realvnc and ultravnc but they all appear to dump files into the registry file.

Thank you for your assistance.

Mark

Although tightvnc does put info in the registry, it's not required for it to operate. You can just take the viewer and use it on any windows install.

I don't know of a viewer that doesn't put anything in the registry - so if you're trying to ensure that the registry doesn't get written to for the sake of cleanness, I can't help.

Thanks Gilead for the quick response. Yeah I was just looking for the cleanness part of things. I'll probably try tightvnc anyway. I've been meaning to for a couple weeks. I guess I could always shut it down then run something like ccleaner against the registry file if necessary.

Again thanks for the response.
