Popup Stopper
Can anyone please recomend a good program for stoping those annoying pop up adds that plague the internet.
I've done alot of searches but keep getting the run around or ending up with "Windoze" only software.
While we're at it can anyone recomend a good Antivirus program too??
I am running RH8.

Depending on which browser you use, there may already be this function built in. I know it exists in Mozilla. For Galeon, simply click on settings and allow pop-ups.
Cool

Opera 6.11 for Linux.
You can set it for no popups...and it works.

I'm using Mozilla, but I can't seem to find an option for pop ups.
May look at Opera if nothing else works, although I am quit happy with Mozilla at the moment and would like to stay with that.
