poppassd doesn't quit

I've setting up a webmail with change password plugin. My choice of mechanism is poppassd. My problem is everytime I run poppassd, it doesn't quit. It should quit after changing the password. So what happen is there are lot of popppassd process running in background. There is no issue on the pages because when I run it on shell, it also doesn't exists.

I've a separate machine with poppassd but it doesn't have this issue. Probably because I'm using rpm on that box. That box is CentOS 5.3 while the new box here is CentOS 6. I couldn't found rpm for CentOS 6.

Does anyone already this kind of issue?
