mozilla has a build-in pop-up blocker to use it just go to edit preferences in there go to Privacy and Security then Popup windows and check the marck in the Block unrequested popup windows. Idoes a prety good job doing that

I like Mozilla too, but have recently been converted to Firebird (also developed by Mozilla). It simply rocks. That's all there is to it. I've been using it on my Linux box at home and now on my XP workstation at the office. I love it.

Pop-up blocking works flawlessly.

Why oh why are there so many 3rd party programs for Windows to stop pop ups! It seems to simple a task! It completely baffles me why people put up with them! "Buy this now and never see another pop up again!" What?! I never see them anyway!

Sorry, bit of a rant there!

Yeah, in Moz see above. If you're running Galeon, just click the Web menu and uncheck the 'Allow Popups' option. Simple!

well your welcome
about firebird it could be faster just because it doesn't load all the extra components mozilla has like the web editor and the mail client
