Podcast Software recommendation

I've been browsing the forum to find out about podcasts and so far I've come to the conclusion that the only software I can easily install to download podcasts is Amarok... I'm not exactly crazy about amarok though, especially since I prefer Gnome and so far oit has invariably crashed on me. Other suggestions that I have seen either lead to dead ends or give too littel info and are all source installs.

I'd like to find a nice fedora rpm for a good gui podcast download tool.

If that can't be had, I'd like your opinion on a good gui podcast tool I can install from source, pereferably one that will integrate nicely with firefox so that when I click a podcast link it will rspond automatically...

Thanks in advance!

P.D. I know google is my firend, but we're not on speaking terms on this particular subject

In simpler words,
I would recommend this

http://jpodder.com/

I haven't tried it personally, but it appears to me, that this could be one good software to manage your podcasts.

I've checked the site and downloaded tha package, but have so far been unable to locate any install instructions. The file has a .jar extention and after extracting it with fileroller I have been unable to locate the documentation that would explain the installation process. Any ideas? Any other alternatives?

I downloaded the 'jpodder1.0RC2-Linux.jar' from sourceforge.com and saved it on my Desktop
to install I opened up Konsole and cd to Desktop
then I typed in the Konsole: java -jar jpodder1.0RC2-Linux.jar
it installed jPodder into my /home/username
to run jPodder, I went into the directory where it was installed
/home/username/jPodder-1.0/bin
open up Konsole and type: java -jar main.jar

Thanks for the explanation.
Looks like a complicated way to start the app every time you need it though.
