Get this cannot utime error every single time, and it fails to download the wine version. Doesn't matter which version I try to download.

This is on an Xfce Ubuntu LTSP fat client. Tried with home directorys bind mounted, direct to the default location. Everything. Google is less than helpful. Can't even find this exact error anywhere. Would appreciate assistance. Not being able to get wine installed is a big issue for my deployment.
