Pk3


Hi I just finished editing some quake PK3 files (uncompressed) Does anyone know how I can recompress them into a PK3 again?

Im using red hat 9

Um, if I remember correctly, isn't pk3 just a zip file

So you can unzip blah.pk3

and to repack

zip -r filename.zip directory1/ directory2/ directory3/

I don't know how the engine will handle it, but if memory serves it should work just fine.
