Pitivi and Frei0r plugins for the transformation feature

I compiled Pitivi 0.15.2
It working well, but no additional capabilities. It required me to install "frei0r-plugins" for the transformation feature .
I downloaded the source frei0r-plugins and compiled and installed using default settings. (Under /usr/local)

How can i make Pitivi make use of those plugins ?

I added in ~/.bashrc
PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$PKG_CONFIG_PATH:/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig export PKG_CONFIG_PATH

But no but got no result
Help please.
