i have a server, and i have a web site and i installed apache in the /usr/local/apache/logs
i have a file and i have this problem

plz help me how i can resolve this

Way too little information. How was it installed? Compilation from source? Which distribution are you using? What kind of server? Apache or Apache2? Where is that error?
