Pine setup with Shaw Webmail

Hi, I've been trying for a while to setup PINE mail client with Shaw Webmail (POP3). The only information given is the "incoming server: shawmail" and the "outgoing server: shawmail." How does this relate to what I put into the incoming-path field and the smtp field? Any help setting this up would be apprectiated :-)

Thanks in advance
Yuun

Have you tried a fully qualified domain name for shaw's mail servers? You can find a list on this page (about halfway down) ...

Cheers
