Emilia Pinball is a good game, but definitely work in progress. The Mandrake rpm is version 0.1.2 but there is a tar.gz for version 0.3.0 on the site.
The tar.gz won't configure because of missing SDL >=1.2 but that is clearly not the case. As the writer makes rpm's for Red Hat I assume that's what he uses.
My SDL includes are at /usr/include/SDL/. Is it different on Red Hat? If so, can I run ./configure in a way to look in the right place?
Alternatively is there anyone out there who can compile pinball-0.3.0 for Mandrake?
type in ./configure --help , and it will list all the different flags you can give.
One of them will let you specify where to look for SDL. Its probobly something like this: ./configure --lib-sdl=/usr/include/SDL , but dont quote me on that.
