Piece of software I can't remember the name of....

I'm looking for a very cool piece of software that I can't remember the name of! It's a text based system status thingy that you can use to monitor your system in Xwindows by making the window transparent....know what I'm talking about? So the text looks like it's right on your desktop? Thanks!
