Pidgin not working/Popups
 
Ok, I was on my computer and I logged off and logged back in and Pidgin auto starts up.. and so it did. and when it started a lot of pop-ups started popping up and wouldent stop. It eventually slowed down my computer to where I couldent do anything. So I tried restarting my computer to see if it would still do it. (and it did).. Then I tried re-installing and I still have the same problem. What is wrong? - k0rfain

Doesn't really help much. What kind of pop-ups? Are there any messages in these pop-ups? Are they internet related or desktop related? Please post as much info as possible.

well I couldent tell since they were popping up so quickly. But when I hovered over them the cursor turned into the text thing.. so there might of been text in it, but my computer started running slow since about 500+ were popped up and it was still going

Could you possibly take a screen print and post the link to the picture here? Also do you happen to use AIM?
