Php upgradation
 

Hi

I am using remote server for host my websites. nowadays i realize that my php version is older, how to upgrade to php new version, without make any changes in my website projects.

Are you using some hosting provider service or your private server ?
If using hosting provider, you may ask them to upgrade and you depend on their good will.

If having own server, check documentation here: http://www.php.net/manual/en/migration54.changes.php
PHP 5.4 is released.

Also in my ubuntu running php5 and, i want to upgrade to php later version please give
me the command for it.

PHP 5.4 is really new, there is experimental package for Ubuntu and Debian. Check out this:
