hi.

em getting this error.. using ubuntu 12.04.

You have to install the missing php extension I guess. I don't know the exact name of it so I recommend the following command
sudo apt-cache search php | grep mpeg

When you have found the missing extension
sudo apt-get install EXTENSION

I am not sure that this is the solution. But maybe the iptv thing is related to that...
