PHP script to launch at start

Is it possible, to star PHP script when linux is booted?
Or, are there any applications, who can start PHP script without web browser, prefably in command prompt?

PHP itself can be used as command line interpreter, though not common, the shebang line is like '#!/path/to/php -q'. Reference:
