Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
This guide was created as an overview of the Linux Operating System, geared toward new users as an exploration tour and getting started guide, with exercises at the end of each chapter.
For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

I also have been intending to search for a PHP-MySQL tutorial when I found a spare moment. So I just now I did the obvious simple google search
+PHP +tutorial +MySQL
expecting to post back here the report that it's not that simple (too many false positives to dig through).
But hansalfredche is correct this time. There are lots of hits and at first glance all the top ones look good.
As for Linux Networking: Sorry I don't have a clear enough idea what you're asking to know the right keywords to do a useful google search. I assume "Linux Networking" would be too general a search.
I can suggest : PHP: A Beginner's Guide
by Bill McCarty Beginning PHP5 (Programmer to Programmer)
by Allan Kent Creating Database Web Applications with PHP
by Jeanine Meyer Creating Your Web Site with PHP
by Dmitriy Koterov
