I don't know what “intellisense” is, but I use Geany. It is a small and fast editor, yet it has a number of usefull features:
— tabs,
— list of classes/methods/variables that adapt to the language,
— suggestions for what you may want to type (like OpenOffice does)
— suggestions for method names,
— shows expected parameters and return names/types for methods.

Yves.
