Hi and welcome to LQ.

Your script is probably not showing anything due to a minor syntax error in the php delimeter for the second php command. Change your code to
PHP Code:
<?php

echo "Hi, I'm a PHP script!";
?>
<?php
    phpinfo
();
?>
