pgaceess problem
 

i am a newbie to SQL and i started it with PostgresQL. i could create and manage databases using psql but i get the following error message when i try the gui interface named pgaccess

Error trying to connect to database 'Mydatabase' on host localhost. PostgreSQL error message: connection to database failed.
Connect DBStart() -- connect() failed:

Network is unreachable is the postmaster running ( with -i) at 'localhost' and accepting connections on TCP/IP orit 5432
