pfsense installation question

Hello,
I want to install pfsense on FC3 server that is currently in production. Can any one tell me what measures should i take before installing without shutting any service on same linux box.

Thanx

I believe pfsense is not a standalone software. It is a hardned linux OS to act as a gateway/router in your network. In its installation procedure it will format any data in your disk !

Double check this before you continue.

I say that based on my previous experience with pfSense, but it was about one year ago and things may be changed since then.
