Personal certificate in konqueror

I installed a personal certificate under konqueror to allow me to connect to a secure site.
The personal certificate is protected by a password, and konqueror asks the password any time the certificate is requested by the remote server.
I already tried to remove the password by clicking on the "RemoveLock" button on the personal certificates tab of konqueror's security settings, with no use. Also tried there to change the password to nothing, but konqueror insists on requesting the password.

Is there a way to remove the password or make konqueror remember it?
