Persistent font console change
My goal is to change my font across reboots. I edit the /etc/vconsole.conf file and change FONT="ter-v12n"

- In command line I tried setfont ter-v12n and it works.
- I tried to edit rc.local and add setfont ter-v12n and give executable permission and reboot. It doesnt work.
- I tried to make custom service and execute same command, enable it and reboot it doesnt work too. But when I start it in command line it works.
- I edit my grub2 configuration and under linux16 I add vconsole.font=ter-v12n and reboot. Doesnt work also.

Any suggestion so when my machine starts the font is already set. Thanks!

I've this put into /etc/rc.d/rc.font (executable ofc) (Slackware)

# This selects your default screen font from among the ones in
# /usr/share/kbd/consolefonts.
setfont -v LatArCyrHeb-19.psfu.gz
for n in 1 2 3 4 5 6; do
 echo -ne "\033(K" > /dev/tty$n

It looks like you left the closing "done" off the "for" loop there. ;)
