perl problem- can't locate sys/sochet.ph

I need to run a perl script ( it is a script from squid 2.5.7- icp-test.pl- that searches for icp aware peers) and I got this error:

Can't locate sys/socket.ph in @INC (did you run h2ph?) (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.6/i486-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.6 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6/i486-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at ./icp-test.pl line 47.

I run cd /usr/include ; h2ph -d /usr/include * sys/*.h
I found the sochet.ph file in the place...but the error remains the same...

My machice is Slack 10.0, perl 5.8.6.

Any ideas ?

I take it you have these cmds at the top:

use POSIX; # use CONSTANT values in sockets
use IO::Socket; # network connections

you can use
perl -e shell -MCPAN
to load any modules you need (as root).
