perl & apache problem
 

hi,


I'm facing problem in accessing & modifying files outside the www directory, like files in /etc & /root directory. I'm also not able to enable SuEXEC properly, to get something out of it working. actaully i'm planning to make a web interface for system files . some what like webmin.

Also, can anyone help me out how to create user in linux using webinterface, using any other method.
