PERC 2si and Redhat 7.2
 

I have installed RH 7.2 on a dell 2450. I have a Perc 2si raid controller that has a DLT 7000 and a Dell Sidecar Disc array hooked to it externally. I also have the internal 4mm tape drive connected to a different channel internally.

On boot, if i do a ctrl-a and look at the channels, I see all three devices...and yes, everything is on its own channel. :).

However after installing RH 7.2, the OS doesnt see the tape drives. It does see the disk array. If I look under the /proc/scsi directory, there are no listings for the tape drives.

If i load the st module, still no luck...what am i missing???
