Hi, I am using pdflatex to put some figures in one pdf file. I could not able to compile.
It is giving following error that image

! LaTeX Error: Cannot determine size of graphic in /home/naresh/work/ApEn/sinus
oidalwithnoise.pdf (no BoundingBox).
Here is the my program

I had the same problem - using pdf images in latex document produces error with pdflatex. When images are eps, compilation is done normally, but no images are shown in the resulting pdf document.

Then I found that the problem was in "\usepackage[dvips]{epsfig}". When I remove this from the main tex file, everything is fine.

Maybe you should try to play with this.
