pdf to .png converter

I'd like to be able to take a pdf and convert it automatically to a series of .png files, one for each page of the pdf.

Is there a little program that does this?

GIMP or ImageMagick can do this; there are also a number of web services for such conversion, like Zamzar.

I never think I might be able to solve a computer problem alone, but this time, I discovered how to use convert (part of Imagemagick) and it was sooo easy and worked first time perfectly!

Problem solved!
