Question PBX (Private Branch Exchanges)

Dear All experts,

I want to use Linux and an application software to set up PBX for small and medium enterprises, less than 100 employees. Is there any suitable software available?

By the way, I am a youth who is hungry for success in business.
Is there any solid ideas or constructive suggestions for me to make money to help others?

My contact e-mail:

Thanks a lot.

Your truly,

Give this a go, good luck though. This kind of setup seems pretty technical.
And I think this is VOIP so might not be what your are looking for.
