patching kernel with latest patches within tarball ,possible?
Can we patch the kernel with latest pre-patch without extracting kernel-source?
for eg:
latest kernel tarball is 2.6.28.7 .
latest pre-patch is 2.6.29-rc7
How can we patch the kernel tarball without extracting ?
Is it possible?
