Question password protecting two files to two different databases on Apache?

Hi,
I have two files in a subdirectory. Right now I am using the DBM database which comes with apache.
Is it possible that one file is password protected by a MySql Database and the other one uses the simple htaccess authentication?

regards
Krishna
