Password protecting LILO boot menu items?

I have googled, both within LQ and on the 'net in general, and have not found an answer to this question.

Is this possible? I have a dual boot machine that is sometimes used by others, and I would like to restrict them to the Windows install for security reasons.* Is it possible to password protect items on a LILO boot menu? If not, what about, say, grub, or other boot loaders?

Thank you.

*Becasue any any potentially sensitive material is resident on resierfs partitions, Windows won't be able to see it.
