Partition problem with Qtparted in Knoppix variety & mp3 support problem in FC3
Hello, I'm new in Linux and trying to find my way out!
I had installed FC 3 on my pc. I also have some variety of Knoppix that I'm using to make partitions without having any parition mounted so as to have some freedom to change them.
My problem is that I want to establish SUSE also and suddently my QTparted (in Knoppel -you know Knoppix variety etc-) doesn't seem to work.
I have only one hd: hda with
hda1:swap
hda2:NTFS
hda3:FC3
hda4:FAT (to exchange files between Linux and WIndows when my NTFS driver wasn't working)
When I start qtparted now it's always the resize option for hda3 disabled. (for the other 3 it's enabled!). What's the clue here?
I also have some problem installing mp3 support in my pc.
I used the
yum install gstreamer-plugin-mp3
but I think that something went wrong

This "no match" at the end I guess it's not really hopeful!
Anyhelp over installing rpms in general will be helpful
