partition not found

I installed linux with partition magic on my laptop. Default OS is windows 2000 pro. PQBoot does not detect my linux partition thats on my logical drive. Pqboot does not detect the logical drive. No fdisk present on the 2000 OS. Need to figure out how to boot and make my logical the primary drive.

I plan eventually to boot from a floppy into the linux OS.

Anyone have any suggestions?
