partition layout , hard disk name and hard disk size in single output ??

Hi ,

Is there a command line or GUI that reports

a, hard disk name
b, hard disk size
c, partition layout

in a single output ??

Since I have to combine smartctl -a to collect Model Family and g/fdisk -l for b and c
