Panels in KDE
 

Hi,

I have been using linux for a little while now (namely, Mandrake Official 10.0, KDE 3.2). However, I have been wondering if it is possible to have several panels setup on your desktop. I would idealy like one across the bottom to display open windows and another up the side for application buttons.

Is this possible?

Hrm, good question, I did a quick look-see, but couldn't find anywhere where this could be done. It looks like the panel you're talking about is just one thing...to get the applications part you may need a seperate application of some sort. Sorry.

I'm going to keep an eye out for anything that fits the description, but so far I have had no luck.

If anyone know of anything it would be much aprechiated.
