Pandora on Adobe Air opens browser every time a button is clicked

Title pretty much says it all, whenever I interact with Pandora (play, pause, change artist) it opens Pandora website with the browser. It's really annoying, and it does it for each click. Haven't figured out how to extract a .air file (or if it's even possible) so I haven't been able to do much except yell at it. That hasn't helped.

I'd really appreciate a suggestion of how to fix this (or another way to listen to Pandora without a browser, can't get the screenlet to work either). I was thinking if there were a way to disable Adobe Air's ability to open a browser or remove the call from Pandora or something. I haven't seen many threads on this so I don't know why it keeps happening to me but I had the same problem on my last install before I reformatted too.
