Angry Page Breaks with Calc

We have just upgraded to OpenOffice Calc 1.1.3. When I view the page breaks prior to printing I get the usual blue lines showing the "default" page boundaries to be printed. Normally I can drag and drop these lines to re-size the printed doc. But Noooo. As I move the cursor to the line the cursor changes to a "cross" figure but will not grab the blue line to move it. This problem is not unique to my computer. Others in the office have the same problem. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
