pacman invalid option =s

solve one problem and another pops up. well I guess I am learning. when I type pacman -s grub os=prober I get the answer

-s invalid option
anybody have an answer for this because i am really beginning to feel dumb. I have read the beginners guide over at arch and I believe I am doing it right.

Code:

# pacman -S package_name1 package_name2 ...
There is a difference between -s and -S.

for Arch this is what i recommend

read the beginners and install guide
then REREAD!! then and take NOTES on paper
-- yes a #2 pencil and a pad of paper

then re-reread the guides and make a install outline
( think term paper )

then fallow the install guide YOU wrote on the pad of paper

What he said. When I first installed Arch, I printed the whole Beginner's guide and made notes in the margin at the places where I was unsure. Did my research, and installed.

Note: I STILL follow the Beginner's guide (but not on paper anymore) whenever I install Arch on new machines. Because things change, and I cannot possibly remember all the steps.
