Question Package Mangers?

So what do you use for package management? What handles the best for dependency hell?

And is it me or does Mandrake 9.0's adjusted rpmdrake not quite right, with having to load the removal, install, and so forth menu screens.

For dependencies, Debian and Gentoo are held in high regard.

I have no problems with rpmdrake. There are some other rpm package managers out there take a look at sourcforge.
