Outlook solution for RH Linux 9

I have an older laptop that I would like to install Linux on. The problem that concerns me the most is that I need an e-mail client that can access my .pst file across the network. Does anyone know of a RH Linux e-mail client that can open an outlook.pst. I am fully aware that I can set up and e-mail (exchange..ect) server and access mail via HTTP but, I do not consider this a practical solution for small networks using pop3. I guess this question boils down to: Has anyone developed an MS Outlook compatible client for Linux??

After reviewing Ximian Evolution and kmail the documentention implies that you can import folders from .pst file. Niether seems to be capable of accessing the pst directly.
