osticket


Hi All,

I tried to install osticket in linux machine and i follow the step in the following link
http://www.linux.com/learn/tutorials...g-system-right
i completed upto 5 steps.
when i try to install through http://domaimname/support
i got the following error

Not Found

The requested URL /support was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at domainname Port 8080

can any one to guide me ASAP......Plzzzzz

Spell your words out. Text-speak garbage is against LQ rules.

And based on another thread of yours, it seems that your FQDN isn't defined. So, define it. And do you have Apache running, since you won't be able to get ANY web pages without it?
