Orange With Thunderbird?

I have an Orange email account, rickon@fsmail.net and am trying to set it up in Thunderbird without success. I have tried all the variations of Pop/SMTP servers etc but no luck. Does anyone use this combination and what settings are use?

All the best

Does Orange even off POP/IMAP or SMTP? If they do, their site will have directions.

You have to check the Organge helppages to find your pop email settings..
Also you better remove the emailaddress from your post, to protect you from spambots. ;)

Thanks for the reply. I have tried their web site but cannot find the correct instructions, I have tried to ring them but they are constantly engaged. One problem seems that Orange went from Freeserve to Wanadoo then Orange, so the confusion seems to be in pop/smtp servers, i.e. some people say it should be orangehome, others orange.net, or you should keep to the old Freeserve/Wanadoo ones.

Thanks for all your help etc, yes I have tried every possible combination, but no luck. I will have to use a different email system. Google and everything else works fine, not sure why Orange is so difficult.
