Orage Globaltime in XFCE

I'm cleaning rarely- or never-used items out of my start menu. What exactly is "Orage Globaltime" for? All it appears to do is display the local time, and of course my panel clock already does that. If it can display the time in other time zones I would be slightly interested, but otherwise I don't need it.

Actually, I always use the Orage clock instead of the Xfce default: much more configurable.
