oracle 8 on mandrake 9.1
 

i have been trying to install version 805 or oracle on mandrake 9.1 but in the final stage when after naming the datbase paths it is creating binaries for oracle standard 8, it gives error saying could not create binarries or executables. It installs everything else like net 8 and oracle server and sqlplus etc. Can anyone help me?:confused:
