option in open source for Manager of Managers

is there any open source tool which can work as Manager of Managers.

My concern is:-

i have Nagios Server & would like to have all alerts from Nagios to that tool.

OR
if i integrate Nagios with Cacti can divert all alerts of Nagios to cacti dashboard.

how can i achive above requirement.
any help would highly appriciate.

I would personally look towards splunk to provide some form of higher level dashboarding. As it can real just abuot any log in any format it's useful for taking whatever notification outputs are available and indexing them.

had installed cacti on same server which NagiosXI is running,further to add this if i want to have alerts generated by nagios to cacti dashboard, so is there any plugin available for the same..
how can i move forward with this. Pls. share if any document available.
