Opensource mysql client that supports ssh tunneling

Can you guys recommend a good opensource mysql client that support ssh tunneling? I know some that are good but need to pay for the version that supports ssh tunneling.
The mysql client needs to be installed on Windows XP.
The mysql server is Linux.

Thank you.

Can't you use putty to set that up?

Jeremy has an article on doing this. Putty is similar to using ssh but you enter options in a gui instead of on the command line.
